More About Me

Idaho Boy

Born and raised in Idaho, Logan Frederickson grew up in the scenic town of Coeur d’Alene before attending Boise State University, where he competed in track and field. With deep family roots in Burley, Logan spent many childhood weekends visiting his grandparents in Southern Idaho. One of his favorite places remains his grandfather Lex Kunau’s hand-built 1947 cabin out Warm Springs in Ketchum—a cherished family treasure that Logan now calls home.

Logan moved to Ketchum full-time in 2012, starting his journey in the Valley as a ski instructor. Following in his grandfather’s tracks, he passed his PSIA Level 3 exam on his first attempt and continues to teach occasionally, purely for the love of it.

In 2015, Logan earned his real estate license and began his career by training as a local appraiser to gain a deep understanding of contracts and market dynamics. That foundation proved invaluable when he transitioned into full-time real estate with Windermere in 2017. After attending a Windermere Ninja Selling installation, Logan felt equipped with the tools he needed to thrive—and he hasn't looked back since.

In 2021, the opportunity arose to purchase the Windermere offices in Ketchum and Hailey from longtime owner Dan Gorham. Logan took the leap, keeping Dan on as mentor and Designated Broker before stepping into the role himself in 2023. Today, Logan finds joy not just in helping clients navigate real estate, but in supporting the success of every Windermere agent in his offices.

Passionate about giving back, Logan purchased the closed-down Liberty Theater in Hailey in 2023, bringing it back to life with the help of local partners. Within a year, its doors were reopened to the community, hosting events and breathing new energy into the heart of town.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Logan skiing Baldy in the winter or out on the trails running and biking in the summer—living his best life in the Valley he’s proud to call home.
